What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Knowledge: We’re looking for guides and instructors with hands-on experience in adventure sports.
- Certifications: Certified instructors and experienced guides are preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Enthusiasm & Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others are essential, whether you’re leading a tour or ensuring safety.
- Passion for Teaching: If you love sharing your knowledge and helping others enjoy the outdoors, this is the perfect role for you!
- Spanish Work Permit: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be available for full-time work during the summer season.
