What You'll See & Do

Looking for an unforgettable adventure in Barcelona? Our full-day, all-inclusive tour offers the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation and fun. Let us take you on an adventure of the senses with this wine tasting, sailing and e-bike/car tour!

Awe-inspiring views of a 15th-Century Vineyard

As we cycle on an e-bike or travel in our luxury shuttle bus, get a sense of the surroundings as we make our way to a magnificent 15th-century estate surrounded by beautiful vineyards. As you near the bodega, feel the nature of the environment as you glance over at views of the historic town of Alella and the awe-inspiring Mediterranean sea.

Wine Tasting surrounded by Vineyards
At this charming vineyard estate, a skilled sommelier awaits your arrival. Nestled amidst rolling vineyards and the sparkling expanse of the Mediterranean Sea, this 15th-century architectural gem offers a picturesque setting. Wander through vineyard rows that have flourished for five centuries, now tended with the care of modern organic practices.

Learn about the ancient history of wine

The wines of this region hold a storied past. Once cherished favorites within the halls of Barcelona Cathedral during the Middle Ages, they eventually gained acclaim as esteemed Catalan exports across the globe. Delve into this rich history and indulge in a tasting experience that spans the legacy of Alella’s wine making traditions.

Sail along the beautiful coastline of Barcelona

After learning about the rich history of wine making and an explosion of wild flavors, relax by sailing along the coastline of Barcelona. Enjoy a front row seat of the skyline, offering views of some of the most important landmarks the city has to offer. Along the trip, we will serve you a variety of drinks and snacks (olives, cheese, crackers, salami, beer, wine, cava and soft drinks).

Refresh yourself in the Soothing Waters of the Mediterranean

Accompanied by our professional and qualified skipper, you’ll have a unique opportunity to soak up the revitalizing rays of the Spanish sun. After a day filled with excitement, learning, and a whirlwind of emotions, what better way to enhance your relaxing sailing trip than by taking a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean waters directly from the yacht!

Travel by e-bike or our luxury van

Be the driver of your own destiny or be tended to while you relax, we offer options to travel to or from the vineyard by either e-bike or in our luxury van. Embark on a leisurely journey tracing the picturesque Catalan coastline, a tranquil excursion lasting approximately one hour. This scenic route hugs the shimmering shores, offering a gentle and mostly flat path suitable for all levels of riders. Opt for a guided tour led by one of our knowledgeable team members or indulge in the luxury of car transportation aboard a spacious van. Whichever you choose, savor the beauty of the coastal landscape at your own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that whilst travelling plans can change and that you may need to cancel your tours. Just give us 24 hours advance notice, and we will offer a full refund on any amount that you have paid (with the exception of private group trips, which must be cancelled 7 days in advance for a full refund… of course exceptions are made for COVID related travel issues). If you need to cancel within 24 hours of our reservation we normally cannot offer any refund, unless we can fill your spots. It may be possible to reschedule your booking for another day, depending on availability.

We usually do not cancel tours due to overcast skies, but we do cancel trips for steady rain, powerful wind, thunderstorms, or any weather the skipper feels is dangerous. If you have reserved a tour, we email you if we are cancelling the trip due to weather and give you a choice of either rescheduling (depending on availability) or receiving a full refund. We will do this as soon as we know the tour will be cancelled, however, this can sometimes not be until the morning before the tour.

Where do the tours start and when should I arrive?
Our boat is moored in the Port Olímpic harbour. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to our agreed start time.

Where do we keep our stuff during the activity?
Please only bring with you what you will be carrying on the tour.

What route will we be taking?
Your skipper will choose a route for your trip based on the wind, currents, etc.

How many people go on your tours?
Can be up to 8 on mixed tours and up to 9 on private tours.

Will I get wet?
Most probably. If you want to jump into the Mediterranean to cool off from the summer sun, great! If you’re sitting on deck, there’s a chance you could also get a refreshing splash.

Can we join another group?
Yes, you can choose from private or shared group tours.

Can we bring food or drinks with us?
Yes! You can bring anything you like.

What footwear should we wear?
Something comfortable and practical. High heels should be avoided, both for your own safety and to prevent damaging the wooden decks.

Can we stop for a swim/snorkel?
Yes! If the sea is calm enough and it usually is, especially in the morning. It should be warm enough for the braver swimmers in late May. The rest of us might prefer to wait until mid-June for the temperature to rise a little more.

Can we play music?
Yes, we have Bluetooth speakers on board.

Do we need to know anything about sailing?
Absolutely not! The skipper will do the sailing, while you do the relaxing! But if you do want to get involved in sailing the boat, we encourage that!

How fit do we need to be?
The cruise is a relaxing trip, not a work-out, so fitness isn’t an issue. However, to board the boat you do need to climb a couple of steps up the boarding ladder. If you have any problems with mobility, let us know and we’ll arrange to collect you from the fuel dock, where you can simply step aboard.

Is there a toilet onboard?
Yes, but it can be a bit of a challenge with the boat moving through the waves, so we suggest going before the trip, there is a toilet close by so just ask the skipper upon arrival.

What about seasickness?
Most of our boats are pretty stable but if you are sensitive to motion sickness, we recommend a medicine called “Stugeron” (generic name – Cinnarizine). You can get it over the counter at any pharmacy. Take one tablet about an hour before sailing. If you do feel queasy on the boat, the best advice is to lie on your back and close your eyes for a few minutes. It works wonders for most people.

Who will be taking me on the tour?
One of our experienced skippers and crew.

What are the age restrictions?
Minimum of 10 years old for the shared group tour. We have no age restrictions for private groups, but please get in touch before booking for kids under 3 years old.

Where is your office in Barcelona?
We are an office-less company, that way we keep our overheads low and can pass these savings onto you.

Do I need to tip my guide?
No, only if you want to and feel that it’s deserved. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.

Don’t just take our word for it!
